Purchasing a sewing, quilting, or embroidery machine is a significant financial investment and we want you to be thrilled with your machine from day one. To make sure this happens, we want to provide you with as much training you feel you need, before the purchase and after the purchase. Our training is one-on-one (friends and family are also welcome!) so you will get our full attention and if you need a day of refresher training a few months or a year down the road, come back in at no charge!
Jukebox Quilts has been a machine dealer for Innova, Juki, and Bravo for years. We’ve received extensive training and have the skills, experience and expertise to make sure you are up and running again as fast as possible. Down time is stressful for any machine owner. If something breaks or is just not right with your machine, (which happens very rarely, but every now and then someone tries to stitch through their scissors :), we have multiple ways to assist you. Under most circumstances we can assist you over the phone or with ‘Facetime video chat’. Innova longarm customers also have access to a 24/7 help line to talk with a factory technician, and for the computer guided machine, Teamviewer’ remote login support. Juki and Bravo embroidery machine customers also have access to dozens of support articles and videos.
We know purchasing one of our machines is a big decision and not one to be made without spending time on the machine. We encourage anyone interested in any of our machines to come to our shop and ‘test drive’ one. If you are interested in one of our Innova longarm machines, we encourage you to bring a quilt top to quilt.
If you are planning on starting a quilting business we can offer sample business plans and advice on building your business and financing your machine specific to your needs and vision.
Whenever possible and with your permission, we will set up your machine in our shop and let you train on it for a day or two (or for as long as you like). When you’re ready, we will deliver and set up your machine in your home or studio, make sure it is operational and you are satisfied, and if any issues come up after we leave, we will return right away and make it right.
Looking to upgrade your longarm quilting machine? We are willing to take your old machine in on trade towards a new machine. No more trying to sell a used machine on your own or having strangers come into your home.
Jukebox Quilts carries all the accessories and parts necessary to keep your machine running smoothly. We offer a wide selection of ‘digital’ patterns for your computerized longarm, and we have a great selection of thread, batting, and fabrics in our shop or to order online
