Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping

Jukebox Quilts uses USPS for most of its shipping, unless the postal office doesn’t deliver to your address. If that is the case, we will use UPS or FedEx, and you may be responsible for additional charges.

 

International Shipping

We use USPS Priority Mail International to ship outside the United States. Please note, these orders usually take an additional week to process. International orders will be billed actual cost for shipping, which may be above and beyond the price quoted to you at the time of checkout. If this is the case, you will be contacted by Jukebox Quilts, and asked to approve the shipping price increase.

 

Returns

You may return any unused product in its original and unopened condition to us within 30 days.  The original shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course, you are returning merchandise we shipped in error. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at (970) 224-9975 or email us at customerservice@jukeboxquilts.com. Your refund, less the original shipping, will be issued to your credit card or by check (if the purchase was made by check) after the product has been received at our store.

 

Damaged Goods

We will handle the problem to your satisfaction! If the carton looks damaged upon receipt, please inspect the contents before the driver leaves or call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS to file a claim.

If your claim does not involve UPS, please give us a call at 970.224.9975 or email to customerservice@jukeboxquilts.com and we will work with you to take care of the situation via a replacement or refund.
